How do I add my own videos?
Connect the orb to a computer with the included USB-C cable, prepare your video at 480 × 480 pixels, then copy the file into the orb's storage folder. Follow the included instructions for any required file format or naming rules.
Can I change the videos later?
Yes. Reconnect the orb using the same upload method and replace or add memories whenever you want, subject to the available storage on your model.
How much storage does it have?
This version includes 4GB of built-in storage for your uploaded videos and memories. Actual capacity available to the user may be slightly lower after system files.
Does it need to stay plugged in?
No. The orb has a rechargeable battery and can be used away from the cable after charging. Add your supplier-confirmed battery/runtime details to the product description if you want to show an exact runtime.
Is it only for Christmas?
No. The ornament-style display makes it perfect for Christmas, but it can also sit on a shelf, desk or nightstand and be used for anniversaries, birthdays, weddings, pet memories and everyday moments.
